Refund policy

Once orders are placed no changes can be made to the order,  customers will have 7 days to return. All Jewelry, Eyewear, and Sale Items are final sale any product that is purchased must be unworn or damaged, after the 7th day the sale will become final sale. A return does not include shipping charges unless the mistake was made by BurgundyBay.
